Hospital safety data is sourced from public government databases and third-party reporting organizations. We present this data as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee its completeness or currency. Always verify information directly with a hospital or provider.
Provider ratings and reviews are submitted by community members and reflect their personal experiences. We do not verify the accuracy of individual reviews. Ratings are not endorsements by Birth Advocate or Priestess LLC.
Access to Birth Advocate is by invitation only during our early access period. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to share your account with others or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm others.
When you submit a provider rating, report, or any other content, you grant Priestess LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on Birth Advocate. You represent that your submission is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
We reserve the right to remove any submission that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be false, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Do not submit any personally identifying information about another person without their consent, including provider names combined with personal details that could cause harm.
All original content on Birth Advocate, including editorial writing, design, and data visualizations, is owned by Priestess LLC. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.
Hospital safety data sourced from public databases remains subject to the terms of those source organizations.
Birth Advocate and Priestess LLC are not liable for any decisions made based on information presented on this site. We provide information, not guarantees. Your use of this site is at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priestess LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Birth Advocate shall not exceed $100.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Birth Advocate after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
